HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with one of the largest and most successful Real Estate developers, owner/operators in the nation. With over 80,000 units in their growing residential portfolio worth over $57 billion, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the multifamily space. This organization owns and manages some of NYC's most prominent luxury multifamily assets.

Your new role
As the Regional Property Manager, you will oversee the company's most prestigious ultra-luxury condo portfolio totaling 800 units across 5 assets in the Hudson Yards/West Chelsea areas of NYC. The Regional Manager will be supported by General Managers on each site and a full maintenance team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Regional Property Manager position in NYC, candidates will possess the following:

• Experience managing luxury condo assets in NYC at the Regional/Director level REQUIRED
• Well-versed in creating and analyzing budgets
• Experience with sponsor-controlled buildings
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

What you'll get in return
In addition to working with a renowned residential developer, owner/operator, the Regional Manager will be offered a salary of $180-200K+, 25% bonus, 401K with a 50% match on up to 4%, tuition reimbursements, generous PTO plan, and a comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, etc.
