Purpose
The Resettlement Programs Supervisor hires, onboards and supervises a team of 5+ case managers and employment specialists and is responsible for quality control of CWS Wilmington's initial resettlement services through the Reception and Placement, Matching Grant (MG), Refugee Social Services (RSS), Ukrainian Humanitarian (UHP), and Preferred Communities (PC). The Resettlement Programs Supervisor liaises with local Departments of Social Services, health departments and healthcare providers, employers, local school systems, Social Security Administration and other critical resettlement partners to ensure timely resettlement service provision and address problems as they arise.
