Key Responsibilities:Clinical Judgment:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Make informed decisions based on clinical knowledge and collaboration.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Systems Thinking:
- Utilize available resources efficiently to meet patient and family needs.
- Document assessments and care plans accurately, in line with policies.
- Contribute to unit-based programs aimed at continuous quality improvement.
Clinical Inquiry:
- Commit to ongoing learning and application of evidence-based practices.
- Support the education of peers and new staff through mentorship.
- Identify and advocate for improvements in care processes.
Unit-Specific Responsibilities:
- Complete unit-specific competencies and engage in quality improvement initiatives.
- Understand and articulate Nursing Sensitive Indicators and quality goals for the unit.

Qualifications Experience Minimum Required
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
Education Minimum Required
• RN program completion
•Education Preferred/Desired
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program
Licensure and/or Certifications Required• Registered Nursing License
• AHA or ARC BLS
