Responsibilities
Remote Support: Provide remote assistance using tools like LogMeIn to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on user devices. Develop remote troubleshooting guides and instructional videos for common technical issues in a hybrid work environment. In-Office Support: Deliver on-site support for complex hardware issues and coordinate with remote teams for a seamless resolution. Ticket Management: Use ServiceNow for incident management, ensuring timely updates and collaboration for remote and in-office requests. Asset Management: Maintain software and hardware inventories using cloud-based asset management tools. Track, upgrade, and replace assets for both in-office and remote employees. Access Management: Administer user credentials and permissions for secure facility access. Implement remote access guidelines to ensure data security. Printer Management: Manage Papercut remotely for printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, including home office printer support. Mobile Device Management: Utilize AirWatch for remote security and management of corporate mobile devices. MacBook Device Management: Use Jamf for managing configuration, security, and compliance of MacBooks in a hybrid environment. Identity and Access Management: Manage secure application and service access using Okta. Office 365 and Active Directory: Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 and Active Directory to ensure seamless user management and collaboration. Network Security: Assist with SonicWall VPN setup and troubleshooting for hybrid workers. Web Security: Configure and support Zscaler for secure internet access across all work environments. Collaboration Tools: Support platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom to ensure smooth communication and virtual meetings. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems and troubleshooting procedures for easy access by all employees. User Training: Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions, creating digital resources for IT systems usage in a hybrid setting. Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards, particularly for remote work environments. Emergency Response: Provide after-hours support for IT emergencies and outages, with a focus on rapid remote resolution. Vendor Relations: Collaborate with IT vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance agreements. Project Participation: Collaborate on IT projects, contributing to planning, implementation, and documentation. Use project management tools to track progress and manage tasks across hybrid teams. Qualifications: • Minimum 2- 3 years plus experience in remote and in-office IT support.
