Leading regional law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with at least 7-10 years of civil litigation experience for their Denver office location. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of case management and have strong legal technology skills. Environmental litigation experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage cases from inception through trial.
- Review, analyze and organize large volumes of documents produced during discovery.
- Propounding and responding to discovery, noticing depositions, and similar tasks.
- Draft summaries and prepare document productions.
- Docketing and calendaring deadlines.
- E-file in state and federal courts.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop and implement case strategies.
- Research case-related matters and case law.
- Create privilege logs and prepare trial exhibits.
- Assist attorneys at hearings and trials.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of complex litigation experience as a paralegal.
- MUST have an accredited Paralegal Certificate or degree in paralegal studies.
- Environmental litigation experience is a plus.
- Strong legal technology skills.
- Applicants must CURRENTLY reside in the Denver metro area.
- Must be willing to commute daily to the firm's office in downtown Denver.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience.
