The Senior Manager of Process Orchestration Technology will lead transformative initiatives in software and quality engineering, ensuring the implementation of robust and effective controls. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of the business, acting as a trusted advisor who provides precise and timely insights on performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Manager will apply their expertise to drive innovation, optimize processes and enhance overall business performance through advanced technologies and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Independently manage numerous projects, ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements are met with excellence.
  • Strategic Development: Leverage a deep understanding of core business and technical strategies to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Technology Integration: Lead the design and implementation of large-scale solutions involving Process Orchestration (e.g. Pega), Process Mining (e.g. Celonis), AI enablement technologies and ERPs (e.g. SAP, JDE).
  • Solution Development: Architect and deploy high-quality software solutions, integrating advanced AI, automation features and SAP modules.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams across the enterprise to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Mentorship and Development: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Practice Development: Drive strategic practice development and offer technical expertise to the team.
  • Project Estimation: Deliver high-level estimates for large-scale projects, ensuring accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to internal discussions on software engineering, delivery, and technology through blog posts, knowledge base articles and other forums.


Knowledge and Skills:

Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with PEGA, PEGA BPM, PEGA Cloud and SAP.
  • Proficiency in integrating PEGA solutions with various enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.


Process Expertise:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Process Orchestration, Process Mining, AI enablement and automation technologies (RPA).
  • Expertise in ERP integration and optimization.
  • Ability to design and implement end-to-end business processes.


Development Skills:
  • Proven ability to independently develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions.
  • Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and their applications.
  • Proficiency in coding, debugging, and software development standard processes.


Mentorship:
  • Experience in mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
  • Skilled in creating detailed blueprints and user documentation.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.


Problem Solving:
  • Skilled in managing escalated situations and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ability to articulate needs to stakeholders and convey pertinent information to management under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.


Communication:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable terms for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations and reports.


Motivation:
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.


Presentation:
  • Experience presenting to Project Management Teams and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Skilled in using presentation tools and software to create engaging and informative content.


Education and Experience:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant hands-on work experience in software development with substantial experience in a Technical Engineering Manager role.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
