Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Post-Purchase Experience to join our growing and
fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on the Seller-Fulfilled (SFF) business. If
you are passionate about an entrepreneurial role which has high relevance, visibility and
impact as well as regular interactions with Walmart executives, then this might be the right
opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing
Walmart Marketplace's post customer purchase shipment order lifecycle for SFF to provide
a world-class delivery experience for our Marketplace sellers and buyers.

The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connects sellers
across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to
over 350M+ items, and growing selection. Excellence in the end-to-end shipping and
delivery experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. In this role,
you will collaborate across External service providers (carriers, freight forwarders,
fulfillment service providers), Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Procurement,
and other internal partners to build delivery experience solutions that provide our sellers
with the tools and processes to propel their businesses to the next level, and for our
buyers, a best-in-class shipping experience. In short, you will be the single threaded leader
responsible for designing, scoping, and building capabilities that allows Walmart SFF and
our sellers to grow rapidly by shipping from any origin and destination across the United
States and several countries. You will relentlessly look for ways to improve seller and buyer
experience by increasing our capabilities and functionality and providing tracking and
communication solutions throughout the shipment lifecycle. You will apply a general
management perspective and a data driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and
able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to
the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and
work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product
outcomes. You'll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal
from noise and provide sellers a dependable solution enabling them to win on our platform.
This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating with executives across multiple
domains (internal and external), as well as engaging at a detailed level across program
management, operations, product, and tech.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
