Your new role

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day to day operations of multiple projects. Successfully bid projects will be passed on to you from the pre-construction team, you will then communicate and manage the project, liaising with operations team, subcontractors, architects, engineers and client representatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager
• Ground up construction experience required
• Have managed projects over $15M from start to completion
• Ability to multi-task and drive on time, on budget results
• Strong communication skills

What you'll get in return
