Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Data Product Hub and Data Democratization initiatives. This role focuses on making data accessible and actionable across the organization to drive innovation and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision for the Data Product Hub. Champion data democratization to ensure data is accessible and actionable.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and challenges. Foster strong relationships to drive alignment and support.
• Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of the Data Product Hub. Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Data Governance and Security: Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security. Develop policies for metadata management and data usage.
• User Education and Enablement: Improve data literacy through training programs and self-service tools. Advocate for intuitive user interfaces.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure success and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product management, focusing on data products or platforms.
• Proven track record of launching and managing data products.
• Strong knowledge of data engineering, data management principles, and data analytics.
• Experience with GCP services or equivalent competitive products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
