Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a proven track record in high-rise construction. This role offers a comprehensive relocation package and excellent company benefits.

• Oversee all aspects of high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Superintendent.
• Extensive experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
