The Item Lifecycle Team team at Sam's Club is member obsessed and makes every category and item decision with the member at the center. We are a growing, dynamic, innovative business looking for game changers with new ideas and a team mentality.

As a Product Coordinator, you'll serve as an advocate for our members and see the products you create come to life in stores and online. Our Product Coordinators are responsible for developing and fostering productive relationships with our merchants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Imparting the Walmart and Sam's Club way of working, driving efficiencies, and ensuring accountability within our merchant and supplier community is essential. Product Coordinators act as the driving force behind this effort. Part visionary and part strategist, you'll be the expert for your category in collecting, analyzing, and transforming item data into products that delight our members every day. Along the way, you'll be guided by our deep-rooted culture with the support and tools you need to do your best work.

You will work closely in a cross-functional merchandising team to help establish best practices and ways of working that positively impact member experiences. Success in this role requires tenacity, an analytical mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Executing the division strategy: you'll help execute strategy, manage budgets to drive profitable growth, and use vision and creativity to impact the customer experience
  • Building relationships: you'll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with merchants, suppliers, business partners and other cross-functional teams
  • Knowing your category: you'll know your customers and suppliers better than anyone and will always be thinking about what is next for your business
  • Becoming a product expert: you'll have hands on experience in product creation reviewing market trends, product quality, packaging, shipping, replenishment, etc.
  • Having an omni approach: you'll not only be an expert in product for clubs, but for online as well, executing an omni-level strategy based on how our members shop

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
