Position Summary

The role of the Sr. Director US Government and Military Services manages the Customer Care, Business Transformation & Analytics, Military Billing, USC Rate Audit and Contract Maintenance teams. Scope includes oversight and ownership of Global Processes (Customer Care, Documentation, LOB, EDI and RDD Compliance) to insure consistency and accuracy in line with the business standards and government requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of world-class customer support to APL's internal and external customers through multiple channels. Setting the tone and culture for professional and efficient support to APL's business, the Sr Director role enables the team to deliver in an environment of continuous improvement, while ensuring that contractual, budgetary, and Procedural requirements are adhered to. Working with Sales, Trade, Operations, HR and Financial counterparts, the position requires regular interaction with all groups to stay ahead of trends and position APL as the carrier of choice.

Key Roles & Responsibilites

Coordinate team deployment and performance efforts for both direct and indirect reports to meet SLA and Center objectives

Solicit and act on feedback provided by APL internal and external customers to promote and achieve culture of continual improvement and quality delivery
