What we're looking for:

Help drive the future of how consumers shop the rapidly growing online Flooring category in this exciting role on Mohawk Flooring North America's Digital & eComm team. This role is responsible for managing B2C content across our master brand portfolio. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, and Brand, teams on brand plans and messaging priorities, translating high-level priorities into executable content plans. The role will collaboratively manage content calendars and recommend optimization grounded in analytics.

What you'll do:

  • B2C Content Strategy and Collaboration - Lead key brand content management initiatives such as Email Marketing and Blog. Dig into SEO research and site performance to recommend optimal topics and work with creative and copywriting resources to create. Work with site leads and other counterparts to monitor performance and optimize future content plans.
  • B2C Content Management - Lead & partner cross-functionally to manage and execute content calendar to support business goals, ultimately driving the performance of assigned B2C or B2B sites such as pergoflooring.com, mohawkflooring.com, or karastan.com. Ensure execution of content on time.
  • Product Launch & Marketing Activation - Help deliver perfect launches on brand.com via partnership with cross-functional partners. Working with eComm and cross-functional counterparts, understand upcoming product launch and marketing campaign activity to integrate into content priorities.
  • Analytics Learnings - This role will gain exposure to analytics and learn to make recommendations based on insights. Develop an understanding of metrics and reporting & impact of actions on performance, such as engagement and conversion metrics, content updates, new product introductions.
  • Leverage New Content - Worki with Brand and Content teams, stay updated on new content status, ensuring utilization of new content as it becomes available. Develop plan & deploy to the respective brand/partner sites.
  • Gain responsibility for supporting other projects or areas of focus such as SEO, Paid Media, etc. depending on candidate experience and business needs.

What you have:
  • 4-6+ years of experience working in an online or omnichannel environment
  • FMCG/CPG eCommerce, retail, or Agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Background in analytics, with experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • SEO and email marketing knowledge strongly preferred
  • Blog experience preferred
  • Adapts well to evolving priorities
  • Preferred experience with branding/marketing initiatives, especially technology-driven efforts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the evolving digital landscape and implications for building a brand online
