Our client is seeking a Sr Program Manager-WiFi in Denver, CO.
Role Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Spectrum is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our WiFi Product team. This position is responsible for leading a subset of the WiFi Product Roadmap for the team and business. The role will primarily focus on maturing, developing and deploying a cross-functional Roadmap to drive success of highly strategic and visible programs that will meet evolving customer needs and business opportunities. In collaboration with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT, Engineering, and other Product teams, the Product Delivery Manager will help define and execute plans to deliver an industry leading customer experience.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively and consistently follow and support all efforts to simplify and enhance the team efforts including following of processes and standards, as well as definition and implementation of new best practices.
Accountable for Product lifecycle tasks and expectations are met between Roadmap approval and program closeout.
Accountable and responsible for end-to-end Project management artifacts, including: Project Plan, logging and use of RAID logs, reporting, and other communication activities.
Responsible for effective stakeholder management and ensuring dynamic and appropriate communication for working team members as well as executive stakeholder levels related to the owned Roadmap items, or relevant workstreams as well as other projects of interest.
Responsible for cross-functional project risk identification and mitigation including identifying and clarifying known risks, known unknown risks, as well as facilitation of activities to mitigate against unknown unknowns.
Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed. May also coordinate with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plan.
Serves as a mentor to product owners and project leaders, educating and assisting with implementing project management processes and making improvement/changes.
Accountable for plans and teamwork assignments, directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, and driving resolution of issues as appropriate.
Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the project portfolio on time and meeting the strategic business requirements.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of the program portfolio.

Advanced understanding of JIRA concepts and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Project software a plus
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint a plus
WiFi Domain expertise and understanding of WiFi router features and capabilities a plus
Experience with developing products / features for subscription-based products
Experience as a project, product, or program manager launching a physical product is a plus
Experience in Telecommunications industry; experience managing programs within Spectrum a plus
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Number of Years:
Technical or IT or Engineering work experience 5+
Project/Program Management experience 7+
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION & LICENSES:
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is strongly preferred.
