Pennsylvania American Water has a career opportunity for a Sr. Supervisor of Production to oversee day-to-day operations at our water treatment plant in Lake Scranton, PA. This role will lead operating and maintenance staff. As the Sr. Supervisor, you will also be involved in project planning, coordinating and scheduling of work, payroll, chemical inventory and some project management.

Primary Role

Responsible for supervising front-line personnel and implementing operational processes that are engaged in the functional area of Production for water and/or wastewater operations.

Experience/Education

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in operational discipline, management, or related
  technical discipline.

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday, daylight hours
• 24/7 on-call responsibility

Travel Requirements

• Local and occasional regional travel

Other Requirements

• Relevant state license(s) may be required or preferred
• Driver's license required
• Certifications/Training in Safety preferred

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor environment, 24/7 operations
• Physical/Cognitive Requirements include ability to sit, stand, bend, and
• walk for long periods of time.
• Lift minimum of 25lbs.
• Occasional hands on work required.
