Job Title:Student Asset Analyst 1Department:OCIO | Customer Solutions-JM

The Asset Management team, part of OTDI, provides computing devices for our Managed IT Services customers and the Student Technology Loan Program. The Student Asset Analyst employee works to ensure timely and responsive support for these userbases by providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance to the OSU community.

Responsibilities

• Equipment deliveries and equipment surplus pickups 30%
• Maintain inventory of stock (imaging, cleaning, kitting/packing devices) 30%
• Accept equipment deliveries and unpack stock 20%
• Using ServiceNow and internal communication tools to maintain workflow 10%
• Weekly trips to Micro Center and TechHub to drop off and pick up warranty repair 10%

Required qualifications

• Valid driver's license and able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and mobile computing operating environments
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Customer service
• Familiarity with OTDI services helpful
• On-site position - Mount Hall (Columbus)

Additional Information:

Schedule - the work schedule is flexible around classes and commitments within current hours of operation:

• 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Friday

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $13.00 per hour
