Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. This contract position requires a professional who can develop and manage projects with the utmost security, performance, availability, and reliability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing escalation management, anticipating tradeoffs, and balancing business needs against technical constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage projects ensuring high levels of security, performance, availability, and reliability
- Provide escalation management and anticipate tradeoffs
- Balance business needs against technical constraints
- Work effectively across different groups within the organization
- Drive the deployment of new products from conception through business case and customer deployment

Qualifications:
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or a related field
- 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead
- Proven track record of successful delivery of software products
- Strong product and program management skills
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical business owners
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Linux, Java, and HTML
