Job Title: Technology Business Systems Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

About the Role: on the lookout for a seasoned consultant to join our Accounting Transformation Team. This pivotal role will play a significant part in the Axiom implementation and our reporting modernization initiative. You'll be at the heart of our Data Sourcing team, driving the development and execution of data sourcing and testing requirements. Your efforts will be instrumental in automating the delivery of critical US Regulatory Reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize enterprise-wide initiatives to maintain impeccable data quality, supporting effective business operations.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting, aligning with regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify and address data quality or integrity concerns.
• Assess data quality metrics and conduct audits to establish benchmarks for data excellence.
• Uphold strict adherence to data governance protocols and standards.

What We Require:

• A solid foundation of 5 to 7 years in SQL, Python, Data Analysis, and Excel.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, or an equivalent combination of professional experience, training, military service, or education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Alteryx.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software solution design, development, and implementation.
• Exceptional analytical acumen, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
• Experience in data importation for reporting and analytical tools.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Expertise in financial products such as loans, leases, deposits, derivatives, securities, equity, and capital.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory and financial reporting frameworks, including those of the Federal Reserve, OCC, SEC, etc.
• A grasp of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, legal entities, and the role of regulatory bodies.
