Our client is seeking a UiPath Automation Developer in Remote opportunity.

Role Description

• Solution Development: Lead the research, ideation, and design of innovative automation and various solutions to address user experience challenges and drive operational efficiency within the organization.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of workplace automation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including business leaders, user groups, and technology partners, to understand their needs and align solutions with their expectations.
• User Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess and improve the user experience of automation solutions by integrating user feedback, conducting usability studies, and staying updated on industry best practices.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging industry trends, technologies, and vendors related to workplace automation, performing evaluations to identify potential partnerships or solutions that align with CVS Health's objectives.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all workplace automation solutions adhere to applicable legal, regulatory, and security requirements, safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of employee data.

Skills & Requirements

• 3 plus years of work experience with the majority of the following:
• Building effective UiPath Workflows integrating various applications like ServiceNow, Excel, and other web applications. (will consider less with UiPath if they have more years with the below but should have some Uipath)
• Application design
• Agile Methodology
• Advanced scripting JavaScript/Python
• Experience in Automation Power Automate/UiPath/Automation Anywhere
• Experience in Python, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI to manipulate large amounts of data
• API's
• GitHub
