This includes responsibilities for grants management, compliance, research facilities, and financial oversight. The Vice Dean will also collaborate with stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships and cultivate a culture of innovation that promotes commercialization and technology transfer. Ultimately, this role aims to elevate the research enterprise of the College of Medicine by increasing funding and advancing discovery and scholarship.
