Build your future with Volt Volt is immediately hiring a Warehouse Lead in Boise, Idaho
As a Warehouse Lead you will:

• Oversee the receiving, handling, storing, and delivery of specific inventory
• In charge of inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Train and manage warehouse staff to solve day-to-day operational issues
• Communicate consistently with the Warehouse Division Manager to stay aware of any warehouse system inefficiencies
• Work on the warehouse floor alongside the warehouse team
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service

This is a Full Time, Temp to Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive Experience
• Leadership experience
• Warehouse and forklift experience
• Ability to meet goals and deadlines

Pay Rate: $22-$24 /hr

Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30 pm, occasional Saturdays as needed

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
