About the Role:
As Architect you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and help shape the vision of our Workday HCM IT team. You will be responsible for designing and Coordinating with a team of Workday integration consultants across HCM while ensuring the successful delivery of projects for our clients. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit with positive energy to drive to achieve results, a growth mindset, and a focus on innovating across new frontiers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday HCM design and implementation projects focused on the end-to-end deployment of technical system integrations between our client's Workday system and their 3rd party applications
- Provide end-to-end solution and design details during Architect Sessions
- Identify business critical Workday new features released (R1 & R2 releases) and demo the same to the HRIS & Business teams
- Assist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, and testing as it relates to Workday HCM
- Develop integration strategies and collaborate with business stakeholders/IT to design solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead Workday strategy across additional modules including Prism, Adaptive, Extend, APIs and RAAS by implementing current use cases and adding new solutions based on business and/or HR objectives.
- Collaborate with a team of integration developers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Participate in business development activities, including leading proposal development, client presentations, and networking events related to Workday HCM Integrations
- Provide leadership and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, contribution to the knowledge base, etc.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years Experience cross delivering on one or more of the following Workday HCM modules .
- Knowledge of general SaaS architecture and related components in deploying SaaS solutions covering data, infrastructure, security
- Experience as a solution architect on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of Workday HCM
- 1-2 large end-to-end implementations or 3-4 small end-to-end implementations within HCM, with a demonstrated deep knowledge of configuration and architecture
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
- Ability to build and develop strong relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Minimum 5 years experience in Workday Integrations and implementation
- Strong technical skills in Workday integration tools and technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio, and Workday API.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with implementation and delivery using Workday tools including Prism, Adaptive, Extend, APIs, RaaS
- Motivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with cross-functional, collaborative teams
- Demonstrates a history of delivering positive outcomes with minimal oversight and a high degree of independence.
- Publishes thought leadership materials, actively participates in industry meetings and conferences to increase Armanino brand awareness
- Workday Integrations Certification is required to be completed upon hiring
- Experienced in development methodology (Agile / Lean, DevOps) and life cycle methodology.
