Summary:
Performs a variety of food service functions.

Detailed responsibilities:
• Prepares food, replenishes work stations and completes assigned kitchen activities.
• Assists customers with food requests.
• Follows food safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines.
• May transport food carts and trays.
