Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our client a busy Texas based litigation firm. The ideal candidate will have experience with Probate, Eminent Domain, Real Estate and Corporate Litigation desired.

• Law firm Litigation Paralegal experience a must - at least 3 years
• Perform administrative duties (calendars and deadlines, manage logistics etc)
• Aid attorneys and provide assistance where needed
• Gather relevant information from a variety of sources

Skills :

• Interviewing clients to gather information about their case and discussing their goals
• Explaining legal terminology and procedures to clients who may be unfamiliar with the law
• Conducting legal research
• Drafting legal documents discovery requests
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and database expertise
• Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification
• Must have experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law office
