About the Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our growing Environment + Water Resources team in our Peachtree Corners, Atlanta, or Port Orange/Daytona Beach offices. The ideal candidate possesses 6-10 years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will lead Hydrologic and hydraulic studies, stormwater management system design/civil design and permitting for municipal, private and industrial clients across the southeast United States. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.
Experience And Qualifications
- PE license preferred
- 6+ years of related experience
- Proficient with relevant software such as AutoCAD Civil3D, MS Office, MS Project, and other software programs applicable to job type
- Proficient with hydrologic and hydraulic models such as PCSWMM preferred
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
- Experience managing staff of junior engineers and designers preferred.
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Civil Engineer IV with a salary range of $99,400.00 - $157,600.00 .
